Synopsis/Notes: This event is not canon to the RP timeline and was a theoretical/exploration piece I wrote exploring the a gap between Yuzu disappearing and Yuya's Duel with Reiji just based within the RP setting. That and it just kept screaming at me to write it and also I wanted to make it sad and break people's hearts (You're welcome!).
Yuya struggles with Yuzu's disappearance and discovers she meant much more to him than he first realised.

( It's amazing... that after someone is gone, how much there is that you regret never telling them. )

- Awakening -

Synopsis: Kotori's worsening headaches and vertigo causes an unusual backlash of a power that Kotori didn't know she had.

( Through the worry, he still tried his best to make her smile with his upbeat attitude and huge grins. Though she knew behind it, he was hiding a lot of pain and worry over her. )

- Kotori's Resolve -

Characters: Kotori Mizuki, Yuma Tsukumo, Akari Tsukumo, Haru Tsukumo,
Synopsis: Kotori struggles to cope in the aftermath of the Heartland disaster, but finds a new resolve through Yuma.

( I want to go home....! I want to see my family again...! I just want to go back home to Heartland...! )

- Reunion -

Synopsis: Yuma meets with his parents for the first time in seven years and learns of his relation to the Astrals.

( Although we knew Eliphas was going to try and influence you, we had confidence in you and we believed that no matter what, you would follow and stick to the path you felt was right. )

Synopsis: While on a Valentine's Day date, Kotori takes Yuma to see the Heartland Memorial she had made.

( As far as Yuma was concerned, as long as his family were here, as long as they were carrying on living their lives, then whoever attacked Heartland hadn't won. )

- The Fall of Heartland -

Characters: Akari Tsukumo, Haru Tsukumo, Yuma Tsukumo, Kotori Mizuki, Kana Mizuki, Yuya Sakaki
Synopsis: A mysterious army suddenly attacks Heartland with no warning, prompting Yuma's family and Kotori to flee the city.

Synopsis: Yuma becomes frustrated after his first date with Kotori gets de-railed.

( I really wanted to make today special for you. I wanted to try my best with this, but in the end, it kinda got messed up anyway. )

Synopsis: Kotori delivers a message to Yuma from Alex.

( She could see that the hand by Yuma's side was shaking a little, half from frustration and maybe half from fear. His knuckles were turning white because of how tightly he was holding his hand in the fist. )

- Confessions -

Characters: Yuma Tsukumo, Kotori Mizuki, Akari Tsukumo, Haru Tsukumo
Synopsis: Yuma confronts Kotori about her feelings for him. Akari then later confronts Kotori about the things that have been happening to Yuma while at the Academy.
